Friendly bilingual university student fluent in Turkish and English, offering supportive and personalised lessons for all ages

I am a bilingual university student currently studying Accounting and Finance in the UK. I was born in London and spent part of my childhood in both the UK and Turkey, which allowed me to become fully fluent in both Turkish and English while developing a strong understanding of both cultures. I also achieved an A* in A-Level Turkish, which strengthened both my academic and written language skills.

I would describe myself as a warm, friendly and patient person who genuinely enjoys helping others learn and build confidence. I am also quite detail-oriented and a perfectionist in a positive way, so I always try to make sure students fully understand topics rather than simply memorising them. Over the years, I have helped classmates, family members and my brother with Turkish and schoolwork, and people often tell me that I explain things clearly and make learning feel comfortable and approachable.

My lessons are aimed at students of all ages and levels, whether they are complete beginners, looking to improve conversational Turkish, or preparing for GCSE or A-Level Turkish exams. I adapt each lesson depending on the student’s level, goals and preferred learning style. I like to teach through interactive and supportive lessons using conversation practice, vocabulary exercises, reading activities and real-life examples to make learning more engaging and practical. For exam students, I also focus on grammar, writing techniques and past paper practice to help build confidence and improve performance. My aim is to create a relaxed and encouraging environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and progressing at their own pace. I currently offer online lessons, allowing for flexible and accessible learning.
