I’m a qualified Health & Wellbeing Coaching (Level 5 Diploma), and I know first-hand how tough the teenage years can be. I struggled with hormones, comparing myself to others, not knowing what I wanted to do, and failing my exams, which caught up with me later on in life.
I often wished I had someone - outside of school and family - who I could talk to in a safe space and without feeling judged.
Now, I help young people:
- Overcome academic stress
- Build confidence and self belief
- Improve focus and organisation
- Develop study habits, time management, and goal setting skills
- Boost motivation and a positive mindset
No one should have to struggle alone. With the right tools and support, every student can feel confident, capable, and ready for what lies ahead.
