I am a passionate and patient individual who prioritises growing the student’s confidence and finding the way they learn.

I have had experience tutoring student in maths and found it’s a something I’m passionate about. Going into the session my strategy is to break down all aspects to figure out their strengths and what topics the student needs to grow confidence in. My approach to teaching to make it more engaging by incorporating creative techniques and letting the student feel like they have a choice making it more engaging and more fun. I am interested in teaching maths as it’s a subject I feel most capable in teaching and it’s something I’ve had experience before doing. The way I tutoring it by using apps that I can draw and annotate, and if compatible with the student device they can also interact with the screen and save the document to look back on. It’s important that they are able to look back on the notes and information so in their own time they can try do the problems by them self to see how confident they are of have become with it.
