I have 20 year's experience as a teacher of conscious dance, yoga and meditation, tantra and embodied awareness.
What is embodied awareness? Being finely attuned to the sensations in your body at any given moment and being able to stay present to these sensations without mental dialogue.
This is the art of mindfulness, inner stillness and well-being that is key to better health, vitality, emotional balance, intimacy and more authentic communication.
I work primarily with women and my experience as a facilitator and coach help my clients to love their bodies, navigate life challenge and grow in confidence.
