10 year kitchen experience ranging from commis to kitchen manager. Having worked in a variety of cuisines, my lessons will dive in to basics, home favourites & classing up classics.

We will find what the skill level is, what cuisine and we will go through everything from knife skills to food hygiene to making your favourite home favourite from scratch.
