UEFA Pro Licence Head Coach with over 15 years of elite experience across the English Premier League, Scottish Women’s Premier League, NWSL (USA) and Liga F (Spain).

I have worked as First Team Technical Coach at Southampton FC under Mauricio Pochettino and Ronald Koeman, Assistant Coach at Everton FC in the Premier League, and as Head Coach of Celtic FC Women, where we achieved back-to-back Scottish Cups, the League Cup and historic UEFA Women’s Champions League qualifications with an 80.7% win rate. I have also led teams in the NWSL and most recently guided Dépor Abanca in Spain’s top division.

My passion is developing players who are serious about reaching the next level — whether that is academy football, scholarships, semi-professional or a full professional career. I specialise in individual technical and tactical development, decision-making under pressure, high-performance habits and the mental side of the game.

All sessions are currently delivered online via Zoom and are fully tailored to the player’s position, age and long-term goals. Every session includes clear, actionable feedback so you leave knowing exactly what to work on.
