With a Master's in Microbiology, I offer a solid academic background to my position as a biology instructor.I firmly believe that enthusiasm spreads, thus I work hard to create in my students a similar sense of fervor for the subject. Throughout my 7 years of teaching high school biology, I've developed innovative teaching methods that connect with students of varying learning styles. For instance, I incorporate hands-on experiments and real-world examples to make complex biological concepts tangible and relatable. This approach not only engages students but also fosters their critical thinking skills. I'm adaptable in my teaching approach. One of my strengths is fostering student engagement. I encourage active participation through group discussions and projects, allowing students to take ownership of their learning. Witnessing their growth and the 'aha' moments when they grasp challenging concepts is incredibly rewarding.
