I hold a PhD degree in Law from University of Strathclyde and a LLM International Commercial Law degree at University of Glasgow. I have developed research-led teaching expertise in a wide range of private law areas, including but not limited to Company Law, Commercial Law, Family Law, Contract Law, Property and Land Law, Equity & Trusts, Legal System and Method, Employment and Equality Law. My teaching can cover various jurisdictions, including England and Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Europe, the United Sates, Australia, Canada, and China.
I have been an Associate Lecturer in various UK universities, such as University of Glasgow, University of Strathclyde, University of Reading, and Queen’s University Belfast. Apart from teaching, I have strong experience in marking and supervising undergraduate and post-graduate research projects. I have also produced various private law research outputs in leading journals, such as the Modern Law Review.
