I have a diploma in Health, Fitness and Exercise. I understand the feeling of not knowing what to do in the gym or wanting to try something but not knowing where to start, I was there too. My knowledge and professionalism allows me to provide in depth, fun classes and sessions. My aim is to provide you with basic knowledge and understanding whilst also being a safe place and daily outlet.
