I believe effective learning begins with trust and positive relationships. I take time to understand each child’s strengths, interests and individual needs, then tailor learning to make it engaging, accessible and appropriately challenging. My lessons support primary learners across the curriculum, with particular strengths in literacy and numeracy, while my extensive experience supporting children with additional support needs enables me to adapt teaching confidently to different ways of learning. My aim is not simply to help children find the right answer, but to build their confidence, curiosity and independence so they understand how they learn and recognise what they are capable of achieving.
