French Horn and Music Theory and High School Music Tuition

I am a recent graduate of the University of St Andrews, where I completed a Bachelor of Science degree in Physics with Music Performance. In September 2026, I will begin a Master's degree in Horn Performance at the Royal Northern College of Music.

I am an accomplished musician, holding Distinctions in ABRSM Grade 8 French Horn, the ARSM Diploma in French Horn Performance, and ABRSM Grade 5 Music Theory. I am therefore also available for Music Theory and GSCE to A Level (or Scottish equivalent) music tuition.

At the University of St Andrews, I was awarded the Laidlaw Music Centre Brass Quintet Scholarship as well as principal positions in the university's chamber and symphony orchestras. I am also alumni of the National Youth Orchestras of Great Britain and Scotland.

My academic qualifications include Band A grades (equivalent to A*) in Scottish Higher Mathematics, English, Chemistry, Geography, and Music, as well as Advanced Higher Mathematics, Mathematics of Mechanics, Physics, and Music.

I am a very passionate and dedicated musician who is keen to share my love of music and inspire students through their own musical journeys. My lessons are tailored to each student's needs, both technical and musical.
