I am an experienced ESOL and English language teacher with over eight years of international teaching experience in the UK, Australia and Spain. I hold a Diploma in TESOL and have completed an MEd in TESOL. My lessons are friendly, practical and completely tailored to your goals. Whether you want to improve your conversational English, grammar, pronunciation, academic English, workplace communication or overall confidence, we will build lessons around what you actually need. I have taught learners from beginner to advanced levels and have extensive experience working with adults from a wide range of linguistic and cultural backgrounds. I use a communicative approach, which means you will have plenty of opportunities to actually use English rather than simply studying grammar rules. In our first lesson, we can discuss your current level, interests and goals before creating a learning plan together. I aim to provide a relaxed and supportive environment where making mistakes is part of learning and you can develop the confidence to communicate naturally and effectively. Lessons can include conversation practice, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, reading and writing, academic English, workplace English, interview preparation and personalised feedback.
