I have done bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor Surgery. I have significant informal teaching experience. Teaching has always been a passion of mine, dating back to my early school days when a
teacher asked me to assist his nephew in learning photosynthesis. I have been tutoring students from grade 7 till a-levels, my subject of interest is Biology including relevant subjects for example microbiology, biochemistry, zoology, psychology and also sociology. During my med school journey I worked as a free lancer teacher .I found myself thoroughly enjoying our evening tuition
sessions and was thrilled when my students used to pass a subject with good grade. This experience sparked a habit of mine to remain
engaged in teaching throughout my academic career. I deliver interactive lessons, use PowerPoint and illustration resources well. I believe in building core concepts and do not hesitate using graphical illustration mode of teaching. I ensure the pattern of examination is well understood by my students and the knowledge is engraved via enjoyable and mentally healthy ways. I put affords in making learning interesting.
