I am an Arabic teacher, translator and researcher.

Arabic Language and literature teaching, translating from English, Urdu and Hindi in to Arabic and Urdu. My CV is as follow: Dr. Q Shaban is an Assistant Professor of Arabic language and literature in the Department of Arabic, Faculty of Arts, Banaras Hindu University, Varanasi, UP, India since 03 October 2015. He did his Ph.D. from Jawaharlal Nehru University, New Delhi, on “Muhammad Murtaza Husaini Zabidi as a Lexicographer: An Analytical Study” and M. Phil. on “Dr. Abdullah Abbas Nadwi, Life and Works: An Analytical Study’’. He got M.A. in Modern Arabic from CIEFL (EFLU) Hyderabad in 2006. In addition, he completed an Advanced Diploma in Mass Communication in Urdu from JNU in 2011 and a P.G. Diploma in Computer Application from HDITC Malihabad, Lucknow in 2003. Dr. Shaban has attended and presented papers and invited lectures in nearly 45 national and international seminars, workshops and foreign language and translation orientation programs in India and abroad. He has 5 books and nearby 60 research papers and articles to his credit. He has translated few books and research papers, articles and short stories from Arabic/English into Urdu/Arabic.
