Physics and Maths Tutor, from basic level upto university level

I have a PhD in nuclear physics, a Post graduate diploma in photonics and optoelectronics and a BSc (2.1 hon) in physics. I have over 10 years experience as a physics and maths tutor teaching every age group at every level. I try to make my lessons fun and enjoyable for my students, with the emphasis on understanding a concept or the methods used to solve problems. For me the final answer to a question is not the important point, its how you get there. So my lessons will concentrate on teaching the students why a formula, concept or principle is the way it is and how to solve problems using this knowledge. These skills are essential to achieving a good understanding of a topic and as a consequence a good grade in that topic.
