The ability to adapt my communication skills in order to reach all students at different levels, is a major strength. I also communicate well with parents. I ensure that a deep understanding of my student’s academic, social and emotional needs is prioritised. I build trust and rapport with all learners in my care. Their perspectives are considered at all times.
Patience, adaptability and self reflection are also major strengths. Additionally, my aim is to always motivate my learners to be their best selves. I use a variety of techniques to ensure that they feel inspired and determined to achieve their goals. All students that I have had the privilege of teaching have exceeded their target grades.
