I am a kinaesthetic learner and have always taken pride in watching students with lower confidence blossom and grow.

I will assess with an informal conversation the students best learning style. I begin with an impactive demonstration, then repeat it slower, explaining the steps at each interval. I then repeat with the student talking me through the steps. Once those steps have been met, I will invite the student to proceed on their own to demonstrate to me.
