I am familiar with establishing the baseline competence / ability of a person, and then tailoring individual needs according to their desired learning outcomes, at their pace.I would have clear learning objectives, and check these have been met at the end of each session. I can use Powerpoint, have experience with Skype, and am adept at engaging interest using examples, metaphors, puzzles, quizzes and clear instructions.I would also use online resources such as you-tube videos, and other websites where appropriate.
