I strongly believe, and show all students can achieve in Science given the correct help. I know the key areas which students can struggle with, which can knock students’ confidence. We work together to banish the ‘Gremlins’, boost confidence and demonstrate success.

When students know it is OK to make mistakes deep learning can take place. In Science particularly students can feel anxious and worried about making mistakes. I try and help students understand that making mistakes is not only OK, but also a necessary, inevitable and useful part of learning. We work through examination questions and problems together to develop the skills needed for the examinations.

My fee covers tuition, preparation of tailored resources, marking and feedback.
