I am an active listener with strong communication skills. I am passionate helping people of all ages to learn.

I have over 20 years working in the third sector and have trained people from 14 - 80 in mentoring skills including goal setting, listening skills and helping relationships. I facilitate a safe space for optimum learning. I also practice and encourage reflective and critical thinking.
