Establishing student needs and requirements i.e. the why and the purpose is key to ensuring an effectively tailored program of study. Whilst there are methods for generally catagorising student type, no two students are the same, therefore I aim to gain from the outset, a clear indication of desired outcome, to enable the delivery of aims and objectives based on that. I have excellent experience aiding learners on their language development journey via the online medium, and have built long term working relationships with students based on this approach.
