I have been teaching for 25 years In ELT and ESOL

I have experience in Higher and private education in the UK and also abroad. I have taught exam preperation courses for IELTS and the Cambridge suite.The following points summarise my main attributes with respect to teaching at your organization: - Over 2 years designing and teaching at Silpakorn University in Thailand, EAP, Intercultural communication, STEM, Listening for Specific purposes and Critical reading. - 3 years experience teaching EAP courses in the UK - 5 years teaching with Beijing Foreign Studies University ( BFSU) and Keele University (UK) collaborative partnership. - 2 years designing and teaching Aviation English based lessons to Air Trafic controllers in Thailand - 5 years teaching EFL and business English in Switzerland and the UK. - An ability to develop and create lessons based on learner needs at a range of abilities and backgrounds. - I value the opportunity to engage in CPD whenever possible. - Effective classroom and online management skills. - An effective team contributor but also being able to work independently. - An ability to be highly flexible and adapt to local culture and work practices. - A desire to contribute to teaching that allows me to utilize my experience while also adapting to specific contexts and conditions, prioritizing local needs.
