I bring a coaching-led approach grounded in experience supporting neurodivergent and anxious learners to build confidence, clarity and effective learning habits.
My background in coaching has strengthened my ability to listen deeply, adapt quickly, and create a calm, non-judgemental space where students feel safe to engage and ask questions.
I teach by first building trust. I take time to understand how each student thinks, what motivates them, and what feels challenging. From there, I help them develop practical skills such as goal-setting, planning, focus strategies, emotional regulation and reflective thinking, alongside subject learning.
Rather than simply giving answers, I coach students to understand how they learn, break tasks into manageable steps, and develop independence and self-belief. My aim is to support students not just to improve academically, but to feel more confident, capable and in control of their learning.
