I'm friendly, patient, and enthusiastic about helping learners build their confidence in a relaxed and supportive environment.

I have several years of experience working in customer-facing roles, where I have developed strong communication, interpersonal and organisational skills. Through my work at Freedom Leisure, I regularly communicate with people of all ages, including children, both face-to-face and over the phone. This has taught me to be patient, approachable and adaptable when communicating with different people. My Neuroscience degree at the University of Exeter has further developed my written communication, research, presentation and critical-thinking skills, as well as my ability to explain complex information clearly. Alongside this, my Level 5 TEFL qualification has provided me with training in lesson planning, classroom management and teaching grammar, vocabulary and language skills. I have also learned how to adapt activities and materials to suit different abilities, learning styles and individual needs.
