First of all, I would assess the individual needs and levels of my clients/students, for example this could be done through conversations with them or questionnaires or both. Then I would draw up my plans based on my assessments. Their learning progresses would be constantly monitored throughout the whole process and teaching/training plans would be modified based on th feedbacks
