I am an expert in transformational change, linking your values to your performance and creating a step change in your attitudes and behaviour. I used these techniques to change the leadership paradigm in the British Army Training Division. I use a variety of techniques including coaching, values definiition, leadership style definition.

I am a Master Coach and developed this programme in co-operation with Bangor University. Using evidence based techniques is very important to me and will ensure that you get the most out of our engagement.
