I'm currently in my 3rd year of a PhD in life sciences. I’m a passionate tutor specialising in Biology. I believe that learning should be both effective and enjoyable. My teaching style emphasises simplifying complex concepts, fostering curiosity, and tailoring lessons to each student's individual needs and goals. I strive to create a supportive, friendly, and engaging learning environment where questions are always welcome and learning is a rewarding experience. I have 2 years of teaching experience at the University. As part of my PhD, I help undergraduate and master's biomedical students enhance their lab skills and clarify concepts behind the labs they are performing. Before helping out with teaching at the University, I also tutored students at A-levels and helped them prepare for their state board exams in India. My teaching methodology includes presenting concepts through relevant videos and presentations to facilitate students' learning and understanding of complex topics. I also prepare questions with an increasing level of difficulty to help students become more confident.
