Advert description
I am currently moving into my 4th year of Human Health so my specialties are anything human related, though I am comfortable with cell, molecular, and plant biology, I have been interested in the idea of tutoring for a while because there is a shortage of people in my degree in my university, I believe with some assistance that it is possible to encourage the youth to discover their passion for biology-My lessons are online and the first lesson will likely be an introduction/reflection lesson to determine for me what specifically you will need help with. This will also helo me gain information as to what students are typically struggling with nowadays. I will not put anyone on the spot and I am generally a laid back character, however I will make sure there will be a genuine improvement in the students learning. I would generally suggest 1-2 lessons per week, preferably consecutive, allowing the most time to be spent studying rather than joining the call and catching up to speed, 2 hours per week would allow for a good start point and allow me time to check whether more hours would be better or not. Lessons are relatively cheap compared to many that give lessons for £50-60. Preferred days would be Saturday and Sunday however during term time and regarding how many students I gain, my flexibility may improve. There will be instances I cannot do specific times, however I will give as much notice as possible and will try to give alternatives during the same week. I would also like if any cancellation notices the student has can be made at least 3 hours before the lesson starts. I will do the same to keep it mutual as I know time is of the essence with these things. Thanks.
