Advert description
Learn through play. Think through games. Grow through trying.
I’m an artist, performer, and educator with over 20 years’ experience using play, games, and creative experiments to unlock learning. I hold a PhD in Arts and specialise in creative thinking, idea development, and confidence-building through playful, person-centred methods.
My sessions are practical, supportive, and designed to help you think differently, communicate clearly, and rediscover curiosity. Expect games, drawing, experimentation — and learning that actually sticks.
I am an interdisciplinary artist, performer, and educator with over 20 years of experience teaching people how to learn through play. I hold a PhD in Arts and Social Sciences (with a focus on performance and multimedia practices), and my teaching draws on games, experimentation, and creative research as serious tools for thinking, learning, and change.
I specialise in creative thinking, ideation, prototyping, and communicating ideas with clarity and confidence. I also support writing — academic, creative, or reflective — helping learners shape ideas, find their voice, and move through blocks.
My sessions are playful, rigorous, and deeply human. Rather than focusing on “right answers,” we work with curiosity, trial-and-error, and repeated attempts. Learning becomes something you do, not something done to you. I take a person-centred, holistic approach, adapting each session to your goals, context, and way of thinking.
I am highly skilled in active listening and creating supportive learning environments. My teaching spaces are anti-racist, LGBTQIA+ inclusive, and grounded in care, trust, and respect. If you’re looking to learn differently — with more joy, courage, and confidence — you’re in the right place.
