Arts & Creative Thinking / Motivational Coach

I have over 20 years of professional experience as an artist and as a teacher. I have a Ph.D. in arts (emphasis on performance and multimedia arts) and social sciences and over 20 years of teaching experience in the arts with a specialty in creative thinking, ideation, prototyping, and the communication of ideas. I can also assist with writing.

My classes aim to be enjoyable, useful and instill intrinsic motivation. I offer a person-centered holistic approach, taking the whole situation of the student into account. I am well-versed in active listening and have high interpersonal skills. My classes are anti-racist, LGQBTIA+ friendly, and strive to create a space where everyone feels safe enough to be heard.
