I hold masters and PhD degrees in engineering, and have taught university students at the undergraduate and postgraduate level.

I understand that every learner has different abilities, needs, and learning styles, so I aim to provide teaching that is personalised, engaging, and easy to understand. I can explain complex topics clearly by breaking them into smaller, manageable steps and using practical examples and activities. My teaching approach will be learner-centred. I will first identify the learner’s current knowledge, strengths, and areas for improvement before setting clear and achievable goals. During lessons, I will encourage active participation through questions, discussions, demonstrations, and practice exercises. I will regularly check understanding and provide constructive feedback to help learners recognise their progress and areas they can improve. I believe creating a positive and comfortable learning environment is essential. I will be patient when learners find something difficult and adapt my teaching methods when necessary. My aim is to help learners improve their knowledge while also developing confidence, independence, and motivation. I will monitor progress and adjust future lessons to ensure that teaching remains effective and focused on the learner’s individual goals.
