Art tutor working with students of all ages but specialising in GCSE and A Level

I am currently the Head of the Art & Technology Faculty at Loreto College St Albans, having completed a degree in Fine Art Textiles and 2 teaching qualifications, then worked my way up and taught extensively across both departments over the course of 15 years.

Coming from a creative background, I relish problem- solving and get a great deal of fulfilment from helping students to see connections and develop their thinking, both in terms of their practical and written work. As part of the GCSE and A level Art and Design courses, I particularly enjoy working with individual students to support the development of their ideas and the documentation of this in their coursework portfolios.
