Self introduction stating my capability for the proposed Online Tutor

I have BSc in Accountancy and ACA - Associate Chartered Accountant of the Institute of Chartered Accountant of Nigeria. I have been facilitating Financial Statement and Analysis PAC Capital Limited an Investment banking firm in Nigeria.

I am currently undertaking MSc Accounting and Finance at the University of Dundee.

He has a combined over 18 years of professional experience in Investment Banking and Private Equity/Venture Capital transactions. Egwu is currently leading a team of Investment Bankers in executing Capital Market transactions (Debt & Equity raise), Corporate and Project finance Advisory, Balance Sheet Restructuring, Financial Advisory transactions, Mergers and Acquisition (M&A) of banking, Insurance, and other sectors of the economy (both in buy & Sell sides), etc. Structuring and executing transactions in Mining, Agribusiness, Real Estate, Manufacturing, Telecom sectors etc.

Before joining Investment banking, I had worked as a Private Equity/Venture Capital specialist, managing PE funds in excess US$500m.
