I have a Foundation degree and have qualified under the national tutoring program also I have a level 7 train the Trainer. I have worked with a number of children from a variety of backgrounds that are EAL and using intervention programs that will support them in accessing all areas of the curriculum and bridging any gaps they may have. Planning supporting and guiding the individuals in their education

On the first lesson I will provide a baseline with a better understanding of which is expected of the student and then get straight into the learning that is required and requested of myself. using some practical and theory teaching and the resources that will be provided with a task they will complete for the next lesson.
