I have diverse experience as far as teaching is concerned. My lessons are student-centered. It means at all times I will consider the pace of the student. I have been in the teaching profession for 10 years now. I enjoy teaching English and other subjects. I love to accompany the students at whatever stage they are in. I teach but I also on the side learn from the students' struggles. There is so much to learn and I encourage my students to love learning despite momentary hardships at the start. I am sensitive to the needs of my students. It is usual that at some point a student will experience growing pains in learning. As much as possible, I put my efforts into making my student's experience less traumatic as possible. Every step of the way, I not only teach content but also give support to the psychological well-being of my students. While content is important, the behavioral aspect of learning is also equally important. By this I mean, sure content of the lesson should be imparted to the students, but reinforcing and supporting behavior are also needed for it to be integrated into the psychological aspect of the learner. You will have that from me. I will all the time be very sensitive and attuned to the learning needs of my students and hopefully get across the learning that needs to be transferred. As I said, learning should be fun despite the fact that there would from time to time during learning that there is learning anxiety.
