I am a qualified Primary Teacher with a degree in Primary Education (5–11) with QTS and six years of experience working across a range of primary school settings. Alongside my teaching experience, I also have three years of private tutoring experience.

I have a thorough understanding of the National Curriculum and specialise in the KS2 curriculum, including preparing children for their SATs. I also have extensive experience supporting children with a wide range of Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), including dyslexia and dyscalculia. I am confident in adapting my teaching approaches and resources to meet individual learning needs and ensure every child feels supported and able to succeed.

I am passionate about helping children reach their full potential and pride myself on building positive relationships with pupils and creating a supportive, encouraging learning environment. I have been particularly praised for my ability to build children’s confidence, helping them to feel comfortable, motivated and enthusiastic about their learning.

I tailor each tutoring session to the individual child, focusing on their specific areas for development while also building their confidence and independence as learners.
