I believe that any student who is given one‑to‑one time to talk through a subject will come away feeling more confident in it. My role is to support the student by identifying the areas in which they struggle and finding strategies to help them overcome those challenges. I am patient, enthusiastic, and I genuinely enjoy supporting pupils as they work through difficulties.
