I am Pati. English has been one of my greatest passions since I started learning it in my home country in 1989. This was the first step of my amazing journey with the language. I have thoroughly enjoyed mastering it throughout all stages of my education as well as in a personal capacity as I have always considered it as a great hobby.

My professional career has revolved around English teaching since 1999, when I started working for a private language school in Poland, then set up my own language teaching business, and in 2007, moved to the UK. In the years-I worked as an ESOL (English for Speakers of Other Languages) Tutor, Internal Quality Assurer, and subsequently, the ESOL Curriculum Manager at Derby City Council (Derby Adult Learning Service). Alongside, I have delivered a range of English workshops privately in a wide variety of formats: face-to-face and online, individual and group sessions.

I offer conversation, pronunciation, grammar workshops in general and Business English. My approach focuses on individual needs of each student. I take plenty of time and attention to establish priorities and focus on continuous improvement, at the same time, working to the person's strengths and capabilities. I am extremely interested in exploring individual learning styles and preferred educational methods or resources.

I see inspiring others as a vital part of my role. Therefore, I create a unique learning environment that fosters development and growth. The atmosphere is calm and respectful, allowing each individual to naturally enhance their skills and become independent in both their studies and lives.

In terms of my personal qualities, I consider myself a trustworthy, reliable, honest, and inspirational person who is always keen on supporting people and making a positive impact on their lives.
