I have over 18 years teaching experience. I can tailor lessons according to your needs and will make sure that you receive prompt feedback. I have availability at all times.
My expertise in psychology is also matched by a MSc Forensic Psychology and Criminology qualification.

My approach has consistently been to empower and support people working towards understanding important social issues. I can provide evidence for my skills, experience, and abilities where I have achieved the following outcomes.
1. Writing experience for academic publications, local authorities and universities. Experience includes quality assurance and case report writing for Nottinghamshire County Council. I have a range of publications, experience in examination moderation, workshops and lectures about youth justice and criminology.

2. SEND specialist qualifications and experience of teaching adults and children in a variety of educational settings including prisons, on NEET training programmes and community engagement. Qualified functional skills teacher with assessment experience.

3. Secondary school classroom experience according to current standards and specialist teacher in A Level Psychology, Criminology and Sociology in Further Education colleges and sixth forms.

4. Management and team building experience for the voluntary sector including the Citizens Advice Bureau, Women’s Aid, and a disability charity.
