Teaching is all about making a difference in young peoples’ lives. Outstanding teaching requires enthusiasm, ability to communicate clearly and to make complicated concepts accessible for all to learn. Facilitating structured, practical and active experiences ensures that my students are always eager to learn and to reflect on what they have been taught.
I am a Chartered Accountant with Bachelor and Master’s degree in Economics, Accounting and Finance. I have over two (2) decades teaching experience stemming from teaching Financial Accounting and Economics in High School to teaching Advanced Financial Accounting, Financial Accounting and Auditing and Taxation for University students. I have been tutoring accounting students sitting for professional exams such as Association of Certified Chartered Accountants (ACCA) and the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana (ICAG) for about four years.
With the aid of a comprehensive, simplified, well detailed and easy to understand lecture notes, I guide my students step by step through each topic ensuring that all is involved in the learning process. I am an enthusiastic and motivated professional tutor with deep knowledge of subject matter to build academic confidence and competence among my students.
Throughout my career I have supported students at various levels (apprenticeships, professional and undergraduate) and this has made me developed relevant skills and knowledge in student support services and have delivered lectures using online system, so am best suited as professional coach who can provide support and mentoring to students at all levels to ensure that all achieve results in the best of their abilities.
