Offering Psychology And French Lessons

Working in an International environment, I have been challenged enough to develop myself holistically. Working with Expat colleagues, their children, special education needs children and children brought up by the street shelters has enabled me to develop bonds beyond boundaries. It’s been 13 years now that I have continuously kept myself updated, and abreast in the field of education, and the latest technology. I completed my Diploma in Early Child Care Education and Applied Psychology in, the Nursery Teacher Training Course, which gave me an understanding and know-how of dealing with children and people with underlying concerns.
I have been trained in First Aid by American Association. I am a Master’s in Psychology, Counselling. Attending various workshops conducted by the American Embassy, at the Regional Educational Language Office (RELO) has exposed me to various methodologies on how to cater to the various needs of children and adults globally. Attending workshops for children, who have Special Needs, and concerns from ‘VIMHANS’, The School of Mental Health Care, ‘The Orkids’ and the ‘Society for Mental Health has given me an edge, to understand the deeper concerns of human being around me, that need to be addressed.
Interned with Tamanna (Australian Embassy Aid) and TARA (France Embassy Aid), I have a strong understanding of the International Education System and can work around the clock to attain the required goals. Having team player qualities, and working very closely with International Curriculum Experts on Special Education Needs children, children from the streets, and children of Expats has made me equipped to work with children with varied needs whilst achieving the learning objective.
I have pursued my education in languages English and French from British Council and Alliance Française Internationale respectively. I attained ‘B1’ proficiency in French by ‘TEF’. I passed the ‘Teach the Trainer’ and ‘IELTS Train the Trainer’ certifications from Cambridge University. Having completed the Pre–Service Teacher Training course from British Council, India equipped me further to widen my horizons in the field of education. I have had a taste and a deep connection towards Arts and have been a part of various co-scholastic activities like Arts, crafts, Taek-Wando, Theatre, Hindi, Dance, Music, and Cooking that happened while I was at the France Embass
