My lessons are focused on the student's goals and consist of a mix of subject content and exam questions to reinforce knowledge. The student is made aware of what the lesson would be covering beforehand so it allows time for them to review and think about what they wish to focus on specifically during the lesson. I ensure that the student is tested frequently to ensure that they are making progress and understanding the content well - I generally use the first 15 minutes of the lesson to give exam questions as a starter activity. The aim of the lesson is that the student understands specific content by the end of the lesson and is able to apply that to exam questions. I also provide exam tips and techniques during exam question practice and am willing to give feedback on any additional exam questions the student does in their own time.
