I like to identify student's strengths and weaknesses in order to focus on the right areas, with emphasis on exam question techniques and practice. I prefer to give a sense of responsibility and ownership to the students learning and am able to adapt as I understand that each individual needs may differ. I believe that having conversations during lessons are an important way to bring the best out of students abilities.
