A committed ,supportive tutor for different age groups.

My approach to tutoring would be patient, supportive and adaptable. I would try to understand what the student already knows and identify where they're struggling. I would break the topic down into smaller, more manageable steps and use examples to help them understand it rather than simply giving them the answer. I also think it's important to create an environment where students feel comfortable asking questions and making mistakes, because that's a big part of learning. Most importantly, I'd want the student to leave each session feeling more confident than when they started and gradually become more independent in their learning.
