I am a native speaker of English to idiomatic level, fluent and articulate with a British accent

I have a bachelor of arts degree in fine art and photography with a number of varied qualifications from building and trades to IT, music, and language studies. I also hold a 140-hour TEFL qualification. I am a practitioner of martial arts including, boxing, wing chun, and Muay Thai I have a number of subject interests, and I enjoy reading. I have traveled the world extensively living in three different countries over a period of 13.5 years overseas. I consider myself open-minded, compassionate, and spiritual in nature. I taught English as a second/foreign language to children, teens, and adults from all over the world with a special focus on Chinese speakers/nationals. I have taught in settings that include face-to-face classroom instruction ranging from 40 students to 2 students or, one-to-one. I have taught online for 3 years now, and I have had students stay at my home on language immersion programs. I have also taught on field trips and to corporate business initiatives. I have also worked lecturing for university students, including working with a private international secondary school in their TEFL department. I spent over 9 years in China, six of those years with children and young teens, and three with adults; late teens, professionals, and university students. I feel confident to help any student at any level from phonetic training and vocabulary building with simple sentences (daily English) up to master's programs in a variety of different subjects in a supportive role. I can breakdown, support, reinforce and make independently useful most literature including Shakespeare, contemporary writers, and modern professional texts giving students the ability to freely, naturally, articulately, and concisely express objectives to meet their required educational standards - spoken and written.
