As an engineering graduate, I will take it upon myself to impact STEM knowledge in the students.

I would teach pupils maths by breaking concepts into small, simple steps and using clear examples they can relate to. I would encourage questions and create a supportive environment where they feel comfortable making mistakes and learning from them. I would also use practice exercises and real-life examples to build their confidence and understanding gradually.
