I’m a normal, down to earth person who takes a no fluff approach to coaching. I’ll listen first, understand what’s going on for you and then help you work out what you actually want to achieve. We’ll talk honestly, ask the right questions and turn those conversations into practical next steps. You might want to work on confidence, motivation, organisation, dealing with setbacks, setting goals or simply figuring out what you want to do next. I’ve spent nearly 20 years working with people of all different ages and backgrounds, so I know everyone is different. I won’t tell you what you should do. I’ll help you think things through, challenge your thinking when needed and find your own way forward. No fluff, no judgement and no pretending to have all the answers.
