I am a recently graduated art and design postgraduate whose research revolved around the professional development of creatives. I've tested these insights in the real world by forming a creative collective that promotes local creatives via collaboration or events. This work has lead me to understand some of the best methods in which to foster an up-incoming creative and take them to a more professional level.
