I would ask the student to email me a few days in advance regarding what content they want to focus on, or whether they have specific problems with some questions, so that I could prepare using their exam board's specification and textbook, to reteach them the content. I'd then practice some exam questions with them in the time allowed, and provide them with some exam questions to do throughout the following week for consolidation.
