With over ten years of experience supporting diverse learners in higher education, I bring a strong foundation in English Language teaching, academic skills development, English for Academic Purposes, and structured student mentoring that aligns closely with coordinated learning support in a secondary setting. In my current role as an EAP Tutor at Coventry University Group, I work individually with students from varied linguistic and educational backgrounds to develop their English language through targeted study strategies, confidence, and academic independence. A core aspect of my work involves identifying learning needs, creating tailored development plans, and monitoring progress through regular tutorials and feedback — an approach grounded in practical coaching principles. I love working with students individually to help them identify their needs and help them get what they need. I find that personal touch works best and motivates students to go beyond what's expected.
