English tutor teaching students of all ages

I am about to complete my degree, Modern Languages and Cultures (Italian and Russian) at Durham University.
I have experience teaching English in a classroom and am open to an online teaching role.
My teaching style would revolve around conversational activities, trying to encourage the student to feel confident in their speaking abilities, as this is the way in which languages can be picked up fastest in my opinion.
I want to get my students to the point in which they are able to ask questions, as this is where they can begin to explore the language independently and make significant progress.
